Kamal Kishore Sarda, born on 12 June, 1952, did his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (formerly Vishveshvarya Regional College of Engineering), Nagpur, MH, India. He has also taken courses in Strategic Management and Human Resources from IIM, Ahmedabad and XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Mr. Sarda has over three decades of experience in the iron and steel industry. He is the Chairman of SEML's Board and Managing Director and is responsible for steering SEML towards the path of growth. Since, taking over SEML (erstwhile Raipur Alloys & Steel Ltd.), he has been instrumental in turning around the company and expanding its product portfolio to include high value added steel products, minerals and energy.
He is associated with the Friends of Tribal Society in the capacity of Vice President of the Raipur chapter and was the Ex-Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chhattisgarh Chapter.
Pankaj Sarda, born on 24 October, 1979 is the son of Kamal Kishore Sarda. He completed his Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University, Nagpur, MH, India in 2001 and Masters of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University, USA in 2004.
He was appointed to SEML's Board as Whole Time Director in November 2007 and since then he has achieved multiple benchmarks in current & new endeavors of the group companies.
Rakesh Khator, an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad, is the founder & managing director of Lighthouse Info Systems P Ltd., Nagpur, India. The company, established in 1987, is engaged in Oracle Technology based ERP solutions for medium & large manufacturing, trade and service organizations in diverse sectors in India, Middle east and Africa.
Rakesh Khator, with the deep insight acquired during two and half decade of experience in the field of Information Technology, has strong competence in synchronizing the IT initiatives with the business strategy of the organization. Khator has vast experience in designing of MIS for each functional area and for the top management.
P.K. Jain, is a Chartered Accountant with 27 years experience in the field of Finance and accounts. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has worked with various industry houses, looking after Accounts, Finance, and Taxation & Secretarial matters. An IT savvy professional, with proven record of spearheading SAP implementation at Sarda Group.
Vishwanath is a Techno-HR-Crat with with a blend of IT and HR providing business solution from range of ERPs to HR tools on performance enhancement. With a flair for IT driven business solution, leads the operational team of SSTPL providing required impetus for customers.
He is strong on business understanding and aligning people and IT to realize organizational business goals and targets. Exposure to Textile, Paints, Integrated Steel Plants, Dairy sector on IT solutions with EPR such as SAP. Presented papers at CONSULTING AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP CLUB - IIM RAIPUR, on "Hiring for Startups".
